The Octorara High School Mini-THON 2017 participants are joining more than 70,000 students in a powerful movement to conquer childhood cancer.
Childhood cancer is the leading disease killer of children with 16,000 kids in the U.S. diagnosed every year. But we are working to change this reality with Four Diamonds and their mission to conquer childhood cancer through superior care, comprehensive support and innovative research.
With the help of people like you, Four Diamonds supports more than 80 pediatric oncology research professionals who are learning more about how cancer forms, how it can be treated and how treatments can be more effective. This cutting-edge research will benefit children around the world.

The event is open to only high school students. If you are a student at Octorara and would like to bring a friend from another school you need to fill out a Guest Permission form before attempting to register.
You can register for this event during lunch. There is a $5 fee to participate.
Once you register with us we highly encourage that you sign up for our event through Donor Drive. You can do this using the register button above. This will create a personal fundraising page for you where people who know you can make donations in your name to Octorara Mini-THON, and where you can spread the word that you are participating in this life-changing event.
You can purchase a t-shirt independently for $10 regardless of whether you are a participant. Please order a t-shirt by the end of January if you would like to wear it at the event. After this, we can't gaurantee that it will be ready.
Students will be able to purchase the t-shirts during lunch using an order form that we will supply them with. Once the form and money are received, an order will be placed. Students will receive their shirts during their tier time on a date that we have yet to determine.
Parents can order shirts through their student and their student will bring it home.
Community members can order shirts using the form that we will supply them with and can pick up their shirts in the high school office.
We currently don't have a shipping option; if you are interested in this please contact Anna Cassidy.
