AIM Academy has joined hundreds of schools and Four Diamonds in the movement to conquer childhood cancer! AIM will host its very first Mini-THON on Friday, April 7th from 6-9pm. This fun-filled event will have students on their feet for the entire 3 hours for dancing, games and other entertainment. The evening is open to all students in grades 1-12.
100% of the proceeds will go to Four Diamonds, and while the goal is to raise as much money as possible, we want everyone participating in the excitement. Students are not required to raise or donate money to the Mini-THON. However, any student that raises a minimum of $25 will receive a t-shirt. Other Four Diamonds merchandise will also be on sale at school before the event and at the event.
The AIM Academy Mini-THON® 2017 participants are joining more than 70,000 students in a powerful movement to conquer childhood cancer.
In the U.S., more children die from cancer than any other disease, with 16,000 kids diagnosed every year. But we are working to change this reality with Four Diamonds and their mission to conquer childhood cancer through superior care, comprehensive support and innovative research.
With the help of people like you, Four Diamonds supports more than 80 pediatric oncology research professionals who are learning more about how cancer forms, how it can be treated and how treatments can be more effective. This cutting-edge research will benefit children around the world.
