Hello Friends and Family!

This year, I am taking a stand against childhood cancer by joining thousands of Mini-THON® student volunteers who are fundraising for Four Diamonds. For the past two years, I have been an officer for Twin Valley’s Mini-THON. I have been responsible for filming and editing videos that are then posted onto the clubs social media pages.

Last year I raised, $1,152 For The Kids, and this year I am making it my personal goal to raise $2,000. This money will be added with other members of Twin Valley Mini-THON to reach our goal of $43,000.

In the U.S., more than 16,000 kids are diagnosed with cancer each year - that's one child every 33 minutes.

The dollars I raise will support the

Four Diamonds' research to better prevent, diagnose, treat and cure childhood cancer. Thanks to our support, Four Diamonds scientists and doctors can accelerate their work to:

Conduct clinical trials that leads to new treatments and drugs;
Offer treatment and hope to patients whose disease is not responding to therapy;
Foster collaboration with doctors and scientists around the world; and
Train researchers so we can continue to fight for the next generation.

Our support also ensures that every Four Diamonds child, regardless of income, receives the highest quality of childhood cancer care without ever seeing a bill for that care. Since 1972, Four Diamonds has helped more than 4,800 children and their families.
