Registration is FREE for current and prospective Four Diamonds Mini-THON participants. Breakfast and lunch are included.

Request your breakout sessions!

This year, you can request the sessions you want to attend during MTLS. Please make your preference selection by July 5. If you do not make your preference selection by July 5, you will be randomly placed in a session.  We will do our best to accommodate your session preferences. Your finalized session schedule will be provided on the day of the summit. It will be on the back of your nametag.

BEFORE YOU REGISTER

 

 

 

 

 

  • Students are encouraged to register individually for the Mini-THON Leadership Summit

  • 12 individuals can attend from each school, including the advisors. Additional attendees can be placed on a waitlist. 

  • All attendees must be 13 years of age or older

  • An advisor does not need to accompany students to the Mini-THON Leadership Summit.  Students, ages 15 and above, may attend on their own or be accompanied by another adult  

  • Students under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult

  • Advisors, if you are registering all of your students you will need to provide the following for each participant: name, date of birth, grade, cell phone number, t-shirt size, preference of breakout sessions, and lunch choice (lunch options include: ham, turkey, roast beef or vegetable sandwich).

After YOU REGISTER

  • If you are under 18 years of age please have a parent or legal guardian click on the "Consent Form" tab and complete the form.

  • After you have registered, please consider nominating your school for one of our many awards. Click on the awards tab for more information!

  • If you are still unsure about your session preference, you have until July 5 to change your session preference. To change your preference, you will XXXX.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Please read all instructions before registering.

STEP 1

Register online.  All attendees must register.  Advisors, if you are registering all of your students you will need to provide the following for each participant:

  • Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Grade

  • Cell phone number

  • T-shirt size

  • Preference of breakout sessions #1 and #2. Please review the sessions under the Sessions & Schedule tab.

  • Lunch choice (lunch options include: turkey, ham, roast beef or vegetable sandwich).

STEP 2

Choose a team.  Click on the dropdown box to search for your school name.  If your school name is not yet listed you can create a team for your school.  Please do not use abbreviations in your school name.

STEP 3

Select your t-shirt size, session preferences, and lunch choice (please note if you have any dietary restrictions). Please include your cell phone number so that Four Diamonds can communicate information regarding the Mini-THON Leadership Summit.

ONLINE REGISTRATION TIPS

  • Please complete your registration in one sitting.  If you stop partway through, all your information will be lost.

  • Please do not use abbreviations and make sure all fields are completed. 

  • Please review your information carefully, especially your contact information.  Four Diamonds will be using that information to communicate any updates regarding the Mini-THON Leadership Summit.

  • Decide which breakout sessions you want to attend before registering. 

  • All registrants will receive an email confirmation shortly after completing registration.
