Registration is FREE for all attendees. Lunch is included.

BEFORE YOU REGISTER

• Students are encouraged to register individually
• A maximum of 8 individuals can attend from each school
• All attendees must be 14 years of age or older

AFTER YOU REGISTER

• If you are under 18 years of age please have a parent or legal guardian click on the "Consent Form" tab and complete the form.
• All registrants will receive an email confirmation shortly after completing registration.

Please read all instructions before registering. All attendees must register. Please click the Register button to begin. 

ONLINE REGISTRATION TIPS

• Please complete your registration in one sitting. If you stop partway through, all your information will be lost.
• Please do not use abbreviations and make sure all fields are completed.
• Please review your information carefully, especially your contact information. Four Diamonds will be using that information to communicate any updates regarding the Mini-THON Regional Conference.
