What is Four Diamonds?

The Four Diamonds mission is to conquer childhood cancer by assisting children and their families through superior care, comprehensive support and innovative research.

Four Diamonds covers 100 percent of all medical expenses related to cancer care not covered by insurance for eligible Four Diamonds children. Because of the community’s steady and generous support, Four Diamonds has assisted 100 percent of the childhood cancer patients who have been treated at Penn State Health Children’s Hospital.

What is Mini-THON?

Four Diamonds Mini-THON^® is a K-12 opportunity for students to be empowered as leaders in the fight to conquer childhood cancer. Students gain work ready skills in communication, critical thinking and problem solving, while promoting teamwork, creativity and spirit within their schools.   

As a year-long fundraising effort, Mini-THON^® is an excellent way for students to get involved in philanthropy and engage their school and local community. This effort culminates with a multi-hour, fun-filled event involving games, music, dancing, activities and more!

Mini-THONs are modeled after the Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon (THON^TM) and have been making a difference in the lives of kids and families fighting pediatric cancer. With tens of thousands of student volunteers in more than 200 schools, Mini-THONs are bringing hope to families in need and giving back to their community. During the 2022-2023 school year, elementary schools, middle schools and high schools raised more than $6.4 million for Four Diamonds.  

Sponsorship Levels

• Event Sponsor: $500- Sponsor name placed on event signage day of event, on the back of the event t-shirts, and announced throughout event. *Due by March 26, 2024 to be included on t-shirt.
• T-shirt Sponsor: $250- Sponsor name placed on back of event t-shirts and on activity signage. *Due by March 26, 2024 to be included on the t-shirt. 
• Activity Sponsor: $100- Sponsor name placed on activity sign at Mini-THON (ex: DJ Sponsored by...)
• Donation: Any Amount. If you would simply like to make a monetary or gift card (for event prize) donation to the CCHS Mini-THON.
